It used all of my cores.. A 10 minutes 1080p will take about 10 minutes to encode. Setting a 1080p to encode at 4000 kbps, the quality is amazing. (A 1080p video should be set at the default 8150 kbps.) Small videos sizes (720p) encode very fast (almost real time). Encoding a DVD (2 hours) to h.265 might fit on a CD. You can also use the VLC player to playback the videos if you wish too.
In addition, it lets you control video speed (speed up or slow down), include green screen effects for changing backgrounds, put in picture-in-picture or split screens, and add or edit audio elements. Software for mac for photo editing.
